Fused silica lined PEEK
PEEKsil® is constructed from a core of smooth precision bore fused silica tubing bonded to a PEEK outer sheath. It is manufactured to exacting tolerances of bore size and concentricity, for reproducible flow rates and reliable connections.
The separation achieved is easily lost in tubing and connectors as a result of dispersion. PEEKsil reduces dispersion and therefore loss of efficiency, sensitivity and resolution.

To optimize your PEEKsil connections utilize our PEEKLok fittings, available in 1/16" to suit 10-32 UNF ports, and 1/32" to suit 6-32 UNF and 6-40 UNC ports.
- ID: 5 µm to 530 µm
- OD: 360 μm (0.36 mm), 1/32", and 1/16"
- Tubing lengths: 50 mm, 100 mm, 150 mm, 250 mm, 500 mm. Custom lengths are also available on request.
- Maximum temperature: 100ºC
